Planning your visit starts with securing your seat! Freeman Arts Pavilion's Box Office is here to help with all your ticketing needs — from purchasing to pickup. The Box Office is open on-site during the season on performance days, starting at noon. Tickets are sent digitally, but printed tickets can also be picked up at the Box Office, if preferred. Ticket Access & Sharing

Accessing your tickets


After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. It will be a black and white email, like a receipt. Two days before the event, you will receive a text or email with a link to your tickets. Ticket links will be sent via text first unless you have opted out or we do not have a valid cellphone number attached to your account, in which case you will receive an email with the ticket link. Once you receive your text or email, you will click the link, which will take you to your tickets.

Sharing a ticket with another person


Access your tickets from the link sent to you, then click “My Tickets.” You will then click the “Share tickets” button, scroll to select the tickets you want to share and hit the share icon located next to the Cancel button. You will be prompted to enter their first and last name and click “Continue,” then a shareable link is generated. Please note: you may see a spinning wheel after clicking continue — this is when you'll want to choose your text or email provider icon to enter the number or email address of the person you are sharing the tickets with.

Adding tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet


When you receive the ticket text/email, click the link to access your tickets. On the following screen, click “My Tickets.” From here, you can then easily add them to your Apple or Google Wallet by clicking the relevant button below the QR code, then clicking “Add,” to complete to move to your wallet.

Receiving a ticket via ticket share


You will receive a text or email from the person sharing tickets with you that says “Tickets” with a small ticket icon. Click this link, then you will be prompted to accept the tickets. After clicking “Accept,” you will enter your email and phone number to receive access to your tickets. After clicking “Continue,” you can then confirm your contact preferences, which can be updated at any time. After this step, you’ll then be taken to the page where you can access tickets, venue information and more.
